Hello first graders and their families! I'm so excited to be your first-grade teacher this year!
This is my eighth year teaching first grade. I taught for three years in the Littleton Elementary School district and then took a 12-year absence to spend time with my children. All three of my children are part of the Deer Valley School District! My oldest is a junior, and my second daughter is a freshman at O'Connor High School. My son is at Hillcrest this year for his seventh-grade year.
I am very geeky (you'll see a lot of Doctor Who things in my classroom), but I also love hiking, biking, sailing on our sailboat, swimming, puzzles, and board games. I look forward to an amazing year!
