Hello and Welcome! My name is Mrs. Burdon and I'm a Kindergarten teacher at Desert Sage Elementary School. This is my third year teaching. I have also had the pleasure of working at Desert Sage as an assistant teacher, paraprofessional, and student teacher.
I have been married to my husband, Ben, for 19 years. We have three wonderful children who all attended Desert Sage. As a family, we love spending time together, swimming, hiking, biking, camping, and vacationing! From the beginning of my children’s time in school, I have always seen the value of volunteering and being a part of their education. I look forward to creating a relationship with parents and guardians for the betterment of all students this school year.
I look forward to many years teaching the future generations of students in the Deer Valley School District! Together we will do our best so that all students can be their best!
